Breach of Contract. The failure of the Contractor to comply with any of the provisions, covenants or conditions of this Contract shall be a material breach of this Contract. In such event the County may, and in addition to any other remedies available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in this Contract:

Breach of Contract. Upon breach of this Agreement by Contractor, County shall have all remedies available to it both in equity and/or at law.
Breach of Contract. 4.1 If any party (“Defaulting Party”) breaches any provision of this Agreement, which may cause damages to other parties (“Non-defaulting Party”), the Non-defaulting Party con notify the Defaulting Party in writing, requesting it rectify and correct such a breach of contract; if the Defaulting Party does not take actions which rectify and correct such breach to the satisfaction of the Non-defaulting Party within fifteen (15) days upon the issuance of the written notice, the Non-defaulting Party can take actions pursuant to this Agreement or other measures in accordance with laws in response.
Breach of Contract. The failure of CONTRACTOR to comply with any of the provisions, covenants or conditions of AGREEMENT shall be a material breach of AGREEMENT. In such event, COUNTY may, and in addition to any other remedies available at law, in equity, or otherwise specified in AGREEMENT:
Breach of Contract. In the event of a Breach of Contract, the aggrieved Party shall give written notice of breach to the other Party. If the notified Party does not cure the Breach of Contract, at its sole expense, within 30 days after the delivery of written notice, the Party may exercise any of the remedies as described in §14 for that Party. Notwithstanding any provision of this Participating Addendum to the contrary, the State, in its discretion in order to protect the public interest of the State, need not provide notice or a cure period and may immediately terminate this Participating Addendum in whole or in part or institute any other remedy in this Participating Addendum; or if Contractor is debarred or suspended under §00-000-000, C.R.S., the State, in its discretion, need not provide notice or cure period and may terminate this Contract in whole or in part or institute any other remedy in this Contract as of the date that the debarment or suspension takes effect.
Breach of Contract. Any violation of any provision hereof, any incomplete or mistaken performance of any obligation provided hereunder, any misrepresentation made hereunder, any material nondisclosure or omission of any material fact, or any failure to perform any covenants provided hereunder by any Party shall constitute a breach of this Agreement. The breaching Party shall be liable for any such breach pursuant to the applicable laws.
Breach of Contract. The Subdivider further agrees that any violation of or non-compliance with any of the provisions and stipulations of this Agreement shall constitute a breach of contract. A breach of contract shall also be deemed to have occurred in the event of the Subdivider's failure to perform work at the Subdivision for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days, the Subdivider's insolvency, appointment of a receiver, filing of a voluntary or involuntary petition in bankruptcy, the commencement of a foreclosure proceeding of a lien against the Subdivision property, or its conveyance in lieu of foreclosure. The City agrees that in the event of a breach, it shall provide Subdivider with notice thereof in writing. Should Subdivider fail to remedy the breach, to the satisfaction of the City, within Thirty (30) days after receiving notice thereof from the City, the Engineer of the City shall have the right to stop the work forthwith and use Subdivider's guarantees for such purpose and require Subdivider to pay any additional amount required to complete the work.
Breach of Contract. The failure of the SUBRECIPIENT to comply with any of the provisions, covenants or conditions of this CONTRACT shall be a material breach of this CONTRACT.
